Applying Theoretical Knowledge
CORYS T.E.S.S. designs and develops made-to-order multimedia training modules available on CD or Intranet so that the drivers acquire theoretical knowledge: learning about rolling stock or a driver's cabin, breakdown diagnosis, new regulations, maintenance procedures, signalling principles, etc.
These modules, completing or replacing classroom training, are often created in synergy with a simulator project. They are created with software that allows the user to generate new scenarios or modify contents.
Three types of contents are offered: |
theory learning: for example, basic knowledge of the train. |
interactive exercises around a situation: depot maneuver, signaling states, on-board system, train preparation, ERTMS, GSM-R… |
real phenomena simulation: braking distances, breakdown identification and repairs… |
